Welcome to Field Area Measure, a GPS-powered land measurement application ("App") developed by Asil Arslan ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our App and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Field Area Measure, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Field Area Measure is a utility application that uses GPS technology to help measure land areas, calculate distances, and determine field boundaries. The App provides:

• GPS-powered area and distance measurement
• Multiple unit conversions (acres, hectares, square meters, etc.)
• Save and export measurement reports
• Offline measurement capabilities
• Premium features through subscription services

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Field Area Measure offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $4.99
• Annual Plan: $24.99

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Field Area Measure only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal surveying or property disputes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use measurements for official legal boundary determinations without proper surveying
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's GPS functionality

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Field Area Measure and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Asil Arslan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Measurement Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Field Area Measure's GPS measurements are provided for informational and estimation purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of area and distance measurements
• Precision suitable for legal property boundary determination
• Reliability in all weather and terrain conditions
• Suitability for professional surveying purposes

Users should always consult professional land surveyors for official property boundaries and legal measurements.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

8. Location Services

Field Area Measure requires access to your device's location services to provide measurement functionality. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Field Area Measure is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asil Arslan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes any damages resulting from inaccurate measurements or GPS errors.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asil Arslan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of Field Area Measure.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Field Area Measure at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Field Area Measure from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Asil Arslan only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

16. Professional Use Disclaimer

Field Area Measure is designed for general estimation and planning purposes. For professional surveying, legal property determination, or official land measurement, please consult licensed surveyors and use professional-grade equipment.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
